Turmeric Vinaigrette

This colorful, lively vinaigrette is equally excellent as a salad dressing, as a marinade for meat, or as a dip/sauce for roasted, steamed, or raw vegetables.  Use your imagination, and enjoy!

  1. Set the olive oil to the side. In a blender, combine all other ingredients and blend on low for 15-20 seconds.
  2. Keeping the blender on low speed, drizzle in the olive oil as slowly as possible until finished, and everything is well combined.
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before using as salad dressing.  Can be used as a marinade for meats, or a sauce for roasted vegetables.
